My background includes mechanical and electrical studies, oil and gas process operations, and 12 years in oil and gas production and compression. Experience in safety, facilities and food manufacturing has kept my work close to the realities of responsibility, operations and people.
That journey deepened my interest in education as the identification, development and expression of latent potential. It is a view that reaches beyond qualifications to ask what a person can become capable of contributing.
As Founder and Chief Coach of TEELCA Global, I developed the IDEE Methodology™, NAMECODE Framework™ and DAM Methodology to structure that work. My practice connects identity, capability, entrepreneurship, workforce development and organizational improvement.
My Christian faith informs my commitment to stewardship, integrity and service. Those commitments shape a respectful, purposeful approach to developing people and institutions.
