01
Begin beyond possessions. Write down the values, knowledge, skills, relationships and opportunities you would like to pass on. Consider what you received from earlier generations and what you would like to strengthen or change.
02
Connect that vision to your present contribution. What useful capability are you developing? What knowledge can you document? What example of integrity, service or responsibility can you make visible through everyday action?
03
Choose one legacy-building conversation. Invite the people involved to share their own aspirations rather than assuming they share yours. Record one agreed step, who will take responsibility and when you will return to the conversation.
