Community homes are located in Trinidad and throughout the Caribbean. Housing arrangements and locations are discussed as part of onboarding.
The family ecosystem includes preparatory schools, schools and university pathways. Suitable arrangements depend on each family’s needs and are confirmed directly.
Family wellbeing is part of the institutional vision. Support arrangements for fully onboarded personnel are clarified alongside the role and placement.
TRAVEL AS A FAMILY
People applying to become TEELCA coaches must be willing to travel with their families. This expectation reflects the agency’s emphasis on family unity.
Before any move, discuss the location, timing, housing, education and family support relevant to your placement. Specific arrangements should be confirmed through onboarding.
