TEELCA GLOBAL was founded by Coach Elijah Pierre as The Elijah Educational Leadership Coaching Agency. Its work brings education, leadership and coaching together around the development of human potential.
The institution’s direction connects two complementary expressions: the Agency, where coaching supports people and organisations, and the Academy, where coaches are trained and developed.
As a family man, Coach Elijah believes professional contribution should be supported by united families. That conviction shapes TEELCA’s working week and its wider family ecosystem.
